The Robot Welder

The robot welder can weld parts automatically to a very high standard.

The robot uses a Fronius TPS 400i pulse mig welding unit and a Fanuc Arc Mate 100id 8L robot arm along with a R30iC controller. Its capable of welding Aluminium, Stainless and Mild steel up to 3 metres in length. It can do from 3 amps up to 400 amps making it very versatile.
