Sheet metal work and fabrication has been at the core of our well established company since 1898.

Lunds specialises in enclosures, racks and cabinets for electronics and aerospace industries, with our client list extending to transportation and defense industries, car charger and scientific equipment.

We have years of experience in this industry and can offer a wide range of services, such as: Design, Sheet Lasering, Tube Lasering, Punching, Wood Routing, Folding, Bushing/Studding, Robotic Welding, Welding/Fabrication, Spot Welding, Wet Painting, Power Coating, Assembly and Delivery.

DESIGN

3D design tools allow us to produce fully rendered visualisations of the finished products.

CNC PUNCHING

Computer Numerically Controlled punching allows us to punch patterns into sheet metal.

LASERING

Our fiber optic Sheet and Tube laser allows us to cut an assortment of metals in various sizes

FOLDING

With 4 press brakes we can fold anything from a 1-3 metres, using up to 100 tonnes of pressure.

ROBOT WELDING

Capable of welding up to 3 metres, our robot welder can weld parts automatically to a very high standard.

WELDING

We provide Mig, Pulse Mig, Tig and Arc welding services.


PAINTING

We offer powder coating and wet paint finishes to products.


ROUTING

Our CNC wood and non-ferrous router allows us to mill, drill, engrave, cut and route wood and metals.

3D SCANNING

We can creates high resolution 3D models of pre existing objects with our state of the art handheld 3D scanner.

3D PRINTING

Our 3D Printer unlocks your full creative potential, from 3D printing to laser engraving, cutting, and CNC carving.
